Default final table

need some advice here... i have been analyzing my tourney history and have came to the conclusion that i really need to work on my final table strategy, i am consistently making it to the final table with an above average chip stack but have yet to get a first.. it seems that when i tighten up.. i get blinded out but when i loosen it up a bit i never catch a card or get sucked out on and with the blinds so high by that time my chip stack seems to dissapear in no time at all... what do i do???

yea, you need to steal the blinds often to be successful. also, people bluff much more than usual because they want the blinds, so just because someone goes all in, it doesnt mean they have anything

True... i'm so more aggressive at final tables... you MUST bluff if you wanna win... but not necessarily with all-ins... big raises could be good too...

I make sure that when I hit a final table and someone raises me, I will try at least one reraise no matter how lousy my cards are. Sometimes that's all it takes to keep the blind stealers off your back for a while. Now, that being said, I have definitely lost my fair share of chips with that litte maneuver, but I am sure that I have gained quite a few as well.

PLAY A LOT OF 10pp ( S&Gs )... SIT AND GOES!!!

EXCELLENT PRACTICE FOR FINAL TABLE PLAY,
ESPECIALLY THE "TURBO" & "ULTRA TURBO" GAMES.

START WITH THE ( 10pp $1.00 ) GAMES WHICH USUALLY HAVE A LOT
OF AGGRESSIVE PLAY BECAUSE OF THE LITTLE MONEY INVOLVED.

THEN AS YOU START FINISHING IN THE TOP 3 AND BUILDING A BANK,
START PLAYING THE ( 10pp $5.00 ) GAMES...
AND WHEN YOU START DOING WELL IN THESE YOU CAN THEN
ADVANCE UP TO THE ( 10pp $10.00 ) GAMES!

YOU WILL START SEEING PRO's WHEN YOU GET TO THE
( 10pp $20.00, $50.00, & $100.00 ) S&Gs GAMES!!!

TOP 3 FINISHERS WIN THE $$$
EXAMPLES:

( 10pp $5.00+.50 )
1st... $25.00
2nd... $15.00
3rd... $10.00

( 10pp $10.00+$1.00 )
1st... $50.00
2nd... $30.00
3rd... $20.00
