so who would play in a league say a 5.00 or 10.00 buy in and 2 bucks a week for say 5-10 weeks with a pts system and a final table pay out of the buy in ?

No its not too late. I setup the league and will be funding it shortly. After that I will get out all the details.
Please send me your poker room username so I can send you the invite if you havent done so already.
