i couldnt download spades lounge..when instaling i am receiving error message..is there any1 give me advice?

I am signed up to play there to play there beta freerolls. Sounds like a very good interesting site.

I registered the beta testing account and have had all sorts of problems. I have yet to actually play a hand. I am guessing that the main reason this is happening is because my computer is very old and ready to die any time now. Just navigating around the lobby I found it to be very average. With the hype they are trying to build up about their launch I expected things to be much cooler. The freerolls they will be offering sound great but I don't think the game play looks like anything too special.

i am from italy sorry if my english is not that good,i did the pre registretion, for the poker room,then i recieved an e-mail with a link,click on ok,got a page with a table, and at the bottom for mac for windows, i click on windows,downloud the poker until here is ok.
when i whent to open there was an error, i have mailed that error many times,got 1 answer ,are you sure you downlouded for windows? ok i said maybe i have made mistake,from my e-mail, i downlouded several times.put on the computer ,try to open and that error all the time.now i have many poker room never got problems.sorry but dont remember the error.
but the worst is that i have never got an e-mail back try to help for this error,very good start,for this poker site.my nick on spadeslounge is devils_te.

The pre registration screen is unsecure. That is a HUGE red flag. They ask for alot of personal info, and there is no security at all.

Question. Is this a mac user only room?
