This game may be ugly to watch, but it can be beautiful for bettors.

The Wild are bad, but the Hurricanes are awful in every aspect: offense, defense and special teams. Meantime, the Wild aren’t great, but the team has scored 45 goals and its power play is operating at 19 percent and the man-down unit is killing off 84.5 percent of opponents chances.

The Hurricanes are wretched on the PK, staving off opponents just 77.5 percent of the time and have a horrid, 3.22 goals against average.

Minnesota might not be able to kill giants this season, but they should be good enough to squish the ants.
