 NHL Picks Sat Night.
Been awhile since I've posted, (confidence shattered), but I'll try for tonight.

Goalie Auld has played well for the Bruins and they are at home with a 7-4-1 record and coming off a loss. Boston is a heavy price to pick to for the win and Columbus plays hard every night and get consistenly good goaltending from their duo. Columbus played well on their west coast swing I like them to cover +1.5 -225.

Goalie Lehtonen played last night and did not look good, unlucky breaks, so Hedberg should be in net tonight and has fared better, but the Thrashers played last night and have a porous Defense giving up 105goals (2nd most in the league) played against a Spezza-Heatley-Alfredsson. Ottawa is coming home after a succesful road trip at home. Sens have no business losing. OTT -275 - Should be getting close to even money with these picks.
CHI @ BUF:
Both these teams have had inconsistent goaltending as of late and have a wealth of offense up front. Potentially a shaping to be an OVER. Chicago's Kane is from Buffalo and most players like to have a solid performance. Both teams have similar Power play and penalty kill percantages so it's a toss up. I'll take the better price and go with Chicago
MIN @ LA: OVER 5.5
Minnesota is coming off a 5goal performance on Anaheim yesterday. La's goaltending is shaky, but also have a wealth of offensive. SOLID OVER PLAY. LA Winger Frolov could be in the line-up tonight. |
