Another winning week for me last week in the nfl. Another losing Monday Night for me in the NFL. I am officially done on Monday Nights, not even an opinion. How can I be so good on Sunday and so bad on Monday? I don’t know, but those are the facts and I am done throwing my money away on Mondays. Now lets take a look at week 15 in the NFL.


Thursday Night

San Fran +10 vs Seattle (opinion)………….Not betting this one, don’t trust either team. San Fran is horrible on the road, while Seattle plays very well at home. This game should not be close. But this is the nfl where strange things happen. Watch San Fran give them all they can handle.


Saturday Night

Atlanta +3.5 vs Dallas (regular play)…………I think Dallas and Romo have been playing way over their heads. I hate taking Atlanta because you never know which team will show up. They are winning without big games from Vick and that is a good sign. If Vick can limit his turnovers, Atlanta wins this game outright. Yes, Dallas will lose two games in a row.


Sunday


Miami +1 vs Buffalo (best bet)………………From what I have read so far this week, people talking about a letdown for Miami. They are saying how well Buffalo plays at home in the cold weather and Miami cannot play well in cold weather and how Buffalo is playing very well and not getting noticed. I am not buying all that crap. Buffalo is only 3-3 at home, so they can be beat. And is not like Buffalo has a blizzard to deal with this week. It is fairly warm in the northeast for this time of year. I am taking Miami again this week to keep on surprising everybody. It will be a close game though. Neither team going to run away with this one.


Green Bay -5 vs Detroit (best bet)……………Detroit really sucks!! What more do you need to know? Green Bay is a surprising 1-5 at home, I was shocked to read that. If there is ever a game for them to put it all together in front of the home folks, this is it. Detroit will score some points this week, but Green Bay will score many more. Packs wins 34-20


Denver -2.5 vs Arizona (strong play)………….Yes Denver has lost four in a row now, but do you really think they are that bad? I still think they made the right decision with Cutler at QB. He just has to take his lumps, he is the QB of the future for them. Denver has played better on the road this year and it is not like they are going to a powerhouse team this week. I say Cutler and the Broncos get their first win this week. They only need to win by a field goal. Denver is too good to keep losing, it is that simple.

Jacksonville -3.5 vs Tennessee (strong play)……………The whole world is in love with Tennesee and Vince Young right now. They are at home and getting points again this week. Most people are not going to pass that up. It really all depends on which Jax team shows up this week. Jax either rolls to a easy win or they lose outright, the points will not come into play in my opinion. The jags don’t play very will on the road either and people know that, making Tennessee look even better. I am not falling for it. My gut tells me Jacksonville this week.

St louis +2.5 vs Oakland (regular play)………..In order for this to lose, the raiders have to score three points this week. (LOL) Of course they will score more than three, but their offense is pretty bad. Their defense will keep them in this game, but they will lose. St Louis was able to score on Chicago last week, so they can score on the Raiders…and they don’t need all that many.

Kansas City +9 vs San Diego (regular play)……….Hard to go against the Chargers right now and that is why this is only a regular play instead of something bigger. The chargers just looked so great last week, it is almost scary. It is like you might as well give them their Superbowl rings now. It is not like KC sucks, so getting a decent team like that and more than a touchdowns just feels right to me. I even have a crazy feeling KC shocks the world and may even win this one outright.



OPINIONS (JUST FOR FUN, NO UNITS)


Tampa Bay +13.5 vs Chicago………So what! Rex Grossman did not suck for a week last week. He is just too unreliable to be laying this many points. Tampa does have a halfway decent defense and good old Rex will keep the Bucs in this game.

New England -11 vs Houston………..Pats get back on track this week and beat up on Houston. Their organization is being laughed at right now for their draft mistake. I would be shocked if this game was close.

Carolina +/- vs Pittsburgh………..No line on this one yet, but I suspect Carolina will be a 2.5 to 3 point favorite. If I can get them at three or less, give me the Panthers. Steelers finally playing a decent team on the road this week and they will lose. Remember….3.5 or more and this is a no play for me.

Jets +3 vs Minnnesota………..Just a gut feeling here. Normally I would take Minny only laying three at home, but every time I take them they lose. Think I will go the other way this time.
