Bowmans 5th NFL Handicapping Contest
The 2006 NFL season wouldn’t be complete without Bowmans’ exclusive, free-to-enter weekly handicapping contest. This year it’s bigger and better than ever, with a top cash prize of $25,000, an end-of-season prize draw worth $10,000 and weekly prizes of up to $3,000!
To win a share of the $110,000 USD total prize pool, players simply make eight selections with point spread from the scheduled NFL games each week. The player with the most correct selections each week wins $2,500, until Week 17 when the weekly prize rises to a chunky $3,000.
Each player’s results are accumulated over the entire regular season, and the top handicapper of the season will be rewarded with the top $25,000 prize. But, it doesn’t stop there: we’re paying out all the way to 70th place in the season-long rankings: 1st place: USD 25,000 2nd place: USD 15,000 3rd place: USD 5,000 4th place: USD 1,000 5th to 10th place: USD 500 11th to 20th place: USD 300 21st to 30th: USD 200 31st to 50th: USD 100 51st to 70th: USD 50 Bowmans will post the point spreads for each week’s NFL games on Tuesday at noon (PST). This will give players plenty of time to make their predictions prior to the first game of the week – the deadline for entries is three hours before kickoff.
The more weeks you play, the better your chances of accumulating the highest score over the season – and if you make selections in every one of the season’s 17 weeks, you’ll automatically be entered into a fantastic prize draw to win a $10,000 cash prize!
Plus, if you don’t win the prize draw, you can still claim a bounty: we’re giving all those who play every week a 50% bonus on a single deposit into their Bowmans account!
