No I actually think it's the latter. The Bolts win and the Jets cover. In fact, I can feel it in my bones the Chargers will win and I think mostly everyone can feel it tonight. However, that is why I believe the oddsmakers set the line so high (-9). They don't want to give you the soft money line on the Chargers.
