They are not going to adjust the line, it's already published. If anything they would put it in the circle, but I don't see them doing that in the NFL just because the worst rated QB in the NFL the last 2 years got benched.

quinn is right, just because he's new doesn't mean his worse than rex. Griese knows the system, has been a Pro Bowler, and all they are asking him to do is manage the game. He is walking into a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Well, I like the system I've got on this game too.

Griese took over at QB in the second half of last years week 17 game vs. Green Bay. Griese played poorly, completing only 5 of 15 with 2 interceptions.

Griese was released by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at the end of the 2005 season after surgery to repair a torn ACL. The team decided based upon Griese's age and the extent of his injuries that his career was over.

I think we'll see Kyle Orton very soon and I would be wary about betting against him. Orton has all of the tools to become one of the elite quarterbacks of the NFL.

a guy with "all the tools" and who already led the team (and did that decently while rex was out) gets the chance when up against an aging vet.
