Default Tuesday's Ncaa Play

Greetings to all,

See what you think.

U Central Florida +6.5 vs S. Miss

Yes, S. Miss does dominate most of the stats when it comes to this matchup, but I feel there is enough to warrant a UCF cover........as long as the Knights can play defense. UCF has a major experience edge at QB, however. Golden Knight sr. Steven Moffett has 27 career starts under his belt, and he threw for 22 TDs and nearly 3000 yards in his breakthrough junior campaign last year. Still-learning USM counterpart jr. Jeremy Young has thrown only 1 TD pass in 4 career starts. The top receiver on the field will also be wearing a Golden Knight uniform, as sr. WR Mike Walker has 88 catches & 11 TD grabs in the last 1+ seasons. He had 12 receptions for 133 yards in UCF's last game. And the Knights have able ground support of their own with speedy soph Kevin Smith & sr. Jason Peters (6-1, 230), who combined for 1763 yards rushing & 14 TDs in 2005. Count on the underrated veteran UCF defense, which allowed only 2.6 ypc in the first 2 home games, to hold its own vs. Fletcher. And the majority of big plays in the air are most likely to come from Moffett & Walker.

Comments, complaints, etc. always welcomed.

GREAT LUCK TO ALL TONIGHT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
