In recent years, we've come to expect that the First Round of the NBA Playoffs is not the place to find monumental upsets -- the favorties win and the dogs roll over. All season long, we've heard, read and wrote about the elite foursome of the Heat, Pistons, Suns and Spurs battling it out in the end for the NBA Title. All are still alive as we move on to the Conference Semifinals round of the 2005 NBA Playoffs, so can anyone get in the path of the inevitable final four?
