As a native DC-er (we don't have any good nicknames) I have to agree with brs14ku, and this one of the few games where I really think the Wizards can pull off a win without too much trouble, assuming Arenas can deliver another 30+ game.
Washington at +1.5 to win straight-up.

I Think the Washington line has a lot to do with the fact NY beat Phoenix last time out.
