The Bulls have not fund the chemistry they need and injuries have not helped while the Blazers are starting to click all around and after a loss to GS will be focused. Chicago is 11-23 ATS AWAY in the first half of the season and Portland is 25-15 ATS after covering 2 of their last 3. Taking the Blazers tonight! JT
