These teams play high tempo but they do not play a physical game that goes with it. The players will have no problem shooting jump shots all night and therefore less fouls and I dont expect a high shooting percentage with this number. Ill take the under.

At the start of the year we would have thought the Bulls would be head and shoulders above the Blazers but this young team has surprised and are playing at the same level. The bulls have a history of starting off slow and rebounding and they are starting to play tat a higher level and are better than the Blazers. At home they will rebound and take it to the Blazers.
When PORTLAND team Played as Road team as a Underdog - before a division game - Last 4 years - Coming off vs Western conference opponent they are 4-10 ATS
When CHICAGO team Played as Home team as a Favorite - Last 2 years - After a non division game - Coming off vs Eastern conference opponent they are 23-13 ATS

The Spurs go to play Denver and the Nuggets will be looking to exact some revenge after a double digit loss on the road. In that loss to the Spurs the Nuggets were without Martin and Nene but tonight both return specifically for this game showing just how big it is. "Having as much post presence as we can have against the Spurs is needed," Denver small forward Carmelo Anthony said. "We've got everybody back now. I don't want to use that as an excuse (for the last game). But we're going to go out there and bring it, and I'm pretty sure they're going to bring it, too." The nuggets have circled this month and more importantly this month to make some noise. Watch it happen tonight.
