My thoughts on : Detroit / Minnesota

Both teams are playing well of late and all year, the Tigers don't hit lefties as well as righties. The Twins are in revenge mode for a sweep and a loss that included when these two pitchers met, Twin backers have to be concerned about any injuries to Liriano.

I don't like this one Liriano was held out because of forarm stiffness and missed his last start, I don't see them starting him if he is not 100% and they will be looking close at his warmup.

If he warms up fine and everything goes good, we'll know he's all right," Gardenhire said. "Obviously, we'll take him out if he says anything is bothering him, but we don't anticipate that happening."

If you like him, make sure you mark listed in case of a late scratch.

I do like the over in this game, Liriano even if he starts should not go nine and they will watch him close and Minor will not be able to p[ut up the same performace he did last time. He has not won in his last four starts and is ERA is over 7, his era at home is over 6. The Tigers have been hitting well and Liriano is 1-2 with a 6.94 ERA in three appearances, including one start, against Detroit.

I like the twins but the over seems to be the better play. WInd is blowing out just waiting for some umpire numbers.

Picks:

That over in Detroit is still in play, but it makes me nervous with recent line movement to O19, glad I got it flat.

Feel like a bandwagon jumper tonight but I am on the Twins. The Tigers have a better line up and giving them + money at home could be dangerous, but I have to go with Liriano here.

Twins -136

Reds -108

Like the home numbers on the umpire and this is a playoff game for the Reds to prove they can take a run at this diviison. Most playoff games go under but the park and the umpire will keep me off the total.

Angels & Under 10

M Buehrle -L has looked bad and Escobar has pitched well just no run support I figure worst case I am in line for a split. Glad it's on ESPN hate the White Sox announcer with a passion.

Passing on Phillies/Braves...both teams have cost me enough this year no need to add to it...

ope this info helped anyone and good luck tonight on the bases, may be back tonight woith late game info if I am around
