well, my first day of betting with pretend money was just about as successful as betting with real money. Lets try it again today.
mets -215 vs pittsburgh (3 units).................pirates blew out the mets last night, but that will not happen with glavine on the hill for the mets. keep in mind that the pirates still have the worst road record in baseball. should be an easy win.
phillies -135 vs san diego (3 units)..............i have a crazy feeling the phillies are going to string some wins together real soon. cole hamels is too good to continue to struggle. i think he pitches a real good game in front of the home folks today. phils know if they don't make a move soon in the standings, that some of them won't be with the phillies at the end of this month.
white sox -180 vs baltimore (2 units)..........as well as the sox have played, they are still looking up at the detroit tigers and cannot afford to lose games like this at home. o's won last night and i just don't see it happening again today.
cleveland -107 vs yankees (2 units)........alot of people are afraid to go against the mighty yankees, but i am not. i don't care for the yankee pitcher at all and i think cleveland lights him up today.
florida +105 vs washington (1 unit)..............i just feel that florida is the better team here. i have to give them alot of credit for not just giving up with their owership just giving the team away year after year. i know i have gone against the marlins alot this year, calling them a AAA team and got burnt a good bit.
dodgers -130 vs arizona (1 unit)..............just feel this is a heck of a price to get the dodgers at home. i see alot of value here.
