In keeping with our game plan of acknowledging good pitchers and avoiding bad pitchers during their GOOD and BAD months of the season, below is the list of arms to watch throughout the month of June. Note that the W-L records are those of the team in which the listed pitcher started over the previous three seasons.

Thanks to my good friend Tom Freese, handicapper par excellence, I present a list of the BEST and WORST pitcher performance records during the month of June over the past three years. And, oh yeah hey peanut man, toss over a bag. Enjoy...

American League Good Month:

National League Good Month:

Chris Carpenter – St. Louis: 8-3

hmmm...so what this tells me is, good pitchers do good in June, and shitty pitchers do bad in June. hmmmm... thanks for the wisdom lol. Just playing, but look at that. It's about as obvious as predicting the Yankees to have the leagues biggest payroll next year.

yea, not much big time news, a couple to consider this year though!

Yeah, Silva is the only name that is a surprise to see, but I haven't heard much from him this year. He may not even be in the rotation anymore with Liriano and baker stepping up.
