Greeting to all,
First time posting MLB, so be gental. Will try an post on a daily basis but sometime "work" gets in the way, just ask the fellas on the NBA forum. Anyway will provide reasoning when possible. And just a little disclaimer reasoning is gathered from different sources and mainly from my friend Mike. Hope you enjoy the plays this season.
Braves / Mets OVER 9
It's not exactly what you would call a marquee pitching matchup on Tuesday night as Kyle Davies will square off against Victor Zambrano. Davies has been tagged for 14 hits and nine earned runs in 9 2/3 innings to date. Even though, Braves have given Davies plenty of run support, they have put up a combined 20 runs in his last two starts. Victor Zambrano has made just one start thus far, allowing three earned runs on six hits and four walks in five innings of work. But the main thing is here is, Zambrano was absoutely terrible at Shea Stadium last season, posting a 3-8 record with a 5.15 ERA. Look for him to get off to a rocky start here as well.
Comments, complaints, etc. always welcomed.
