Saturday Bases, Umps, trends, and stuff

okay lets start with some of the early stuff ad some of my picks will post record later but still at 56% on the season and on on the plus side.

The trends say under and it has hit 6 straight in this series dating back to last year in this pitchers park.

Under is 6-2-0 in CLE last 8 day games.
Under is 8-3-1 in CLE last 12 Sat. games.
CLE are 38-17 in their last 55 road games.

Detroit: Under is 9-2-1 in DET last 12 home games.
Under is 11-4-2 in DET last 17 day games.
Under is 25-10-2 in DET last 37 on Grass


That should be challenged today as the wind is moving out today and both teams are swinging great bats this year hitting well over .300 against righties. Not to mention the tribe pen is in trouble giving up over 6 runs and Runge is behind the plate giving up 2 overs in the two games he has worked avg 14 runs per game. Bonderman gets hit well by the tribe and the over has hit in 5 out of his lst 7 starts.

This is a tough one to call with this one so I am passing, but like the Home team and the over. Back with more.

Mets Vs Milwaukee


The Mets have it humming on all cylinders here and you have to wonder when it may stop and if btting against them would be smart. I am not so sure but I have never been aafan of Trashel.

The bottom line is the numbers are all about the Mets. Hitting, pitching, and the starters are all on the side of the home teams.

i looked for any reason to back the dog here but I just can't find it.

Mets or nothing, I am passing.

Welcome to the Dog Pund section of the post where I like to grab some dogs with some good plus side.

1) Seattle

Wakefield has not beat this team in years and although Pinerio's numbers are not great against the sox this high scoring either team will have a shot so the price is worth it. I am also going to back this one up with the over as the wind is blowing out and we have a nice umpire behind the plate.

2) Blue Jays

AJ Burnett at plus money with ahot hitting jays team is worth a swing here.

3) San Diego

Another good pitcher with plus cash, I'll take it!!
