Fantasy Help!!!

We are having our baseball fantasy draft late this year and will be picking on Saturday. It’s good to have a late draft so you kind of see how the players are going to look for the upcoming season and where they will play / fit in.

I am going to rank my top three hitters and pitchers and tell me if you guys think I should put someone else there instead.

A-rod

Pitchers
Beckett
Bedard
Oswalt


I draft #4 and want to know who everyone thinks I should take first.

Beckett and Bedard should never see this list. Especially with the division and fields they play in and on. The only pitcher worth a crap from a fantasy standpoint in the AL east is Halladay.
Obviously there are plenty of others "worth a crap" but He is the only one who should be considered an early pick.

I agree with your hitters but not sure about your pitchers. If I was Bobby I would have to stay away from Pedro, due to his health but I could Beckett in that same category. What about Carpenter from the cards? Or Zambrano from the Cubbies?

Depending on how deep your league is you can always have a decent staff I like to get a good reliever and dominate in saves...
