Default Monday Blues? Try Spring Bases!!

Anyone follow or bet on spring baseball? I don't think it's as bad as people think. Now keep in mind that I only bet half a regular unit, but the information is there for the taking...

You get the starting pitchers and often the entire rotation and how "hard" the teams are playing! If anyone is interested in today's game let me know and I will post information and selections...

Yeah I have checked a few out. One day I parlayed a bunch of ML dogs for 2.00 and won 23.00 lol. Thats about all I have felt like risking on games that these teams aren't even really taking seriously. To me it seems like a coinflip. Every game is a coinflip in the spring so I avoid them. Go ahead and shoot some selections at us though JT.

Okay let's look at some spring stuff, first thing you have to realize is that in any game the 7th-9th full of backups could be danger time as I have seen teams in the spring blow many of games at the last moment.

STarting pitchers are nice to knwo but not always important as some teams like to just send the starters out for 2-3 innings while others will let them go six...

Here are the 1:05 starters..

Atl (Smoltz) @ Stl (Reyes) ESPN

NYY (Mussina) @ Detroit (Bonderman)

Min (Santana) @ Phi (Meyers)

Pit (Duckworth) @ TB ( Jackson)

Tor (lilly) @ Reds ( Weathers)

3:05

CWS (Nomo) @ KC (hudson)

Chc (Guzman) @ Ari (Hernandez)

Sea (Pinerio) @ Oak (Harden)

I will be back in abouot 30 minutes with my picks, thoughts on spring training and more...if anyone has any questions ro thoughts feel free to chime in...

Tampa Bay, CWS, Arizona. I like to go with the teams that have the best prospects because they are all trying to show their stuff in the Spring.

The one thing I do like about the MLB Spring is that the lines are always low...

I am just playing all of these for a 1/2 unit

Twins +105

Seattle +105

Pitchers coming backs from the WBC are used to playing in real game situations and will have more to offer...I'll take Santana and Pinero

Yankees -110

Mussina has looked sharp this spring and the lineup is back in order...

Cards -125

Hate to drop the qtr here but the Braves don't care about winning in the spring and Reyes is looking for a roster spot.

Tampa Bay -115
Pittsburgh starts two guys that have been punded all spring in duckworth and Voglesong, the Rays have Cantu back and are hitting

Blue Jays +105

Lilly has been decent and the Reds will start the closer and have the pen pitch all game and are throwing this one in...
