| I am a movie buff and I don't normally bet on the gold statue, but may have to this year!
Here is what I am looking at for this year's BIG SHOW
Okay best pic should go to Breakmyback Mountain, but if your looking for a long shot that could pay Capote is the one!
Best Motion Picture:>>
Brokeback Mountain 1/13>>
Crash 11/1>>
Munich 32/1>>
DARKHORSE ALERT Capote 32/1>>
Good Night and Good Luck 49/1>>
>
Best Actor is wide open, but award shows leading up the event >are always a decent indicator of what to expect from Oscar. You have to with Hoffman here but Phoenix is a great Dark Horse
Best Actor:>>
Philip Seymour Hoffman 1/7>>
Heath Ledger 5/1>>
Joaquin Phoenix 24/1>>
David Strathaim 66/1>>
Terrence Howard 199/1>>
Only one to go with Reese and that is it. The odds don't lie here
>>
Best Actress:>>
Reese Witherspoon 4/11>>
Felicity Huffman 2/1>>
Judi Dench 99/1>>
Keira Knightley 99/1>>
Charlize Theron 199/1>>
Tempted to take Clooney?? I wouldn't this is going to be a make up for Giamatti who should have collected for Sideways
>>
Best Supporting Actor:>>
Paul Giamatti 1/3>>
George Clooney 4/1>>
William Hurt 19/1>>
Matt Dillon 19/1>>
Jake Gyllenhaal 24/1>>
This category is always tough and this year is no different
>>
Best Supporting Actress:>>
Rachel Weisz 1/4>>
Amy Adams 8/1>>
Michelle Williams 10/1>>
Catherine Keener 19/1>>
Frances McDormand 24/1>>
Ang Lee should get the nod, but watch out for Buzz leading up to teh big night that changes everything
>>
Best Director:>>
Ang Lee 1/19>>
Steven Spielberg 15/1>>
Bennett Miller 24/1>>
Paul Haggis 32/1>>
George Clooney 49/1>>
If anyone is goinng to bet on this I would be eager to see who your takin!
