Default Disappointed

Nothing pisses me off more than when people try and sneak into the tournament. Maybe I am overreacting because I didnt get to play because of the highwinds here knocked out power here but the shit Killroy pulled tonight is BS.

He will forfeit any winnings tonight! There is no reason that anyone cant post 5x here to play. Shit you get one for signing up for the tournament and another if you want to play in next weeks. So are you telling 3 posts are too hard? Then try and get 2 names in?

Dont try and sneak in this is the last warning to all who try and do it not only will you get banned from this tournament you will not play in any others from here on out!

I didn't know anybody would go that far and be so obvious about it. The only thing I can come up with is cut registration off about an hour before the tournament. That way you could check the sign up thread against the list of players registered for the tournament and have the offending players removed. Or you could send a player list out to legitimate members and we could all police the rooms we're in and report any anomalies. As long as you show that you're not going to pay BS'ers winnings, word will get out and should stop eventually.

Big congrats to Stu for winning tonight. Not only did he deserve to win, he did one hell of a job as the bounty. He was playing very well and kept up a good banter with would be bounty hunters. We all missed you tonight Ryan (all $25 of you lol). I had a lot of fun in the BTB freeroll and I hope there are many more to come. Thank you BangTheBook!

I always just found it easier to refer people to this site to get the passwords. That way they join the site and can get the passwords on their own. The only problem I have is that I got knocked out of last night's tourney by a guy I referred here, lol. Seriously though, I don't get why people have to try to sneak in to freerolls. If you do the slightest bit of searching on the net you can usually find the site that is sponsoring the freeroll and even if you don't get into the tournament you are trying for that night, at least you will be able to stay on top of their scheduled tourneys from that point on. That is how I found this site. I saw the name in the Paradise tourney schedule, did a google search, and joined. Now I get to read a lot about different aspects of poker and still get to play in the tourneys. Win, win situation for anyone.
