I had been playing on some of the UB Points tables (ultimatepoints, specifically), won a bunch of points (around 12000) and decided to enter in that 5000 point freeroll.
3rd hand, I got dealt A-K in the cutoff and raised about 6x the big blind. Two callers. Flop A J 2. Checked to me, I bet the pot, one guy folds, and the other calls. Turn is a K. Bet the pot again, get raised all-in. I figured him for the straight and made the crying call, he had a set of two's to beat me when the river came a blank. Bwaaah. I'll play in it again one of these days. |
