I find when I am running bad a day or two away from poker altogether is the best. Things tend to comeback around a great run followed by a bad one. But its how we limit the bad runs that makes us profitable over time. I think even if you dont think you are on tilt or pressing its there in the back of your mind. Times you would have called you dont, hands you would have played you mucked etc...

I think the only real suggestion I have is step away totally for the weekend. Recharge! And go back at it. Also when I tend to lose I stress on my bankroll as it goes down. I find it best to really not worry about it.
