I'm with you Bacardi. Delhomme is a real cool cat. He is regarded as one of the best and many made comparisons to Tom Brady when the Panthers went to the Super Bowl 2 years back. He very nearly earned a return trip to the big game this year. I rank him in the top 10 active QBs in the NFL.
When you get right down to it. Who are the best at QB? Manning and Brady are the top 2. I can't rank Favre or McNair anymore. Brunell's getting there too. McNabb and Culpepper are too easily rattled. Vick is a running back under center. Roethlisberger and Palmer are still too young to make this group. Delhomme is in a class with Matt Hasselbeck, Trent Green and Drew Brees. You certainly cannot discount Delhomme's talent. |
