The No. 14 Oklahoma State Cowboys battle the Arizona Wildcats in the Alamo Bowl. The latest college football odds for this bowl game have the Cowboys listed as five point favorites with the total set at 66.

The high flying Cowboys come into this game with a record of 10-2 and one of the most dangerous offenses in the country. Along with that offense comes one of the most dangerous players in the country in wide receiver Justin Blackmon. He had a jaw-dropping 102 receptions for 1,665 yards and was first on the team with 18 touchdowns. He demands double coverage on nearly every play and is a deep threat. Arizona will have a tough time of keeping track of Blackmon.

When healthy, Arizona has a good quarterback in Nick Foles who passed for over 2,900 yards and threw 19 touchdowns. The Wildcats have a threat in receiver in Juron Criner who had 73 receptions for 1,186 yards and a team high 10 scores. He is not as talented as Blackmon but can excel if the Wildcats have established their running game. Kendall Hunter is the leader out of the backfield for the Cats with 1,474 yards and when healthy he is one of the best in the nation.

The Cowboys are 24-6-2 against the spread (ATS) in their last 32 games as a favorite of 3.5-10.0 and 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games overall. The Wildcats are 1-4 ATS in their last five games following a loss and 2-5 ATS in their last seven games on grass.

The Wild Cats defense has been a big problem for this program have fallen flat in every big game. There is no reason to believe he won’t do the same in the bowl game against the Cowboys. The Cowboys win big and cover the number in the Alamo Bowl.
