3/24: Rhode Island +6.5 3 units

The Hokies had a close win against the Huskies and it showed just how vulnerable that they are.  The Rams will be able to expose that weakness tonight. Delroy James is a force for the Rams and he will not be able to be stopped by the Hokies porous defense. 3/23: UAB -5 3 units

North Carolina has made a nice little run in the NIT to make some people forget about how bad they were in the regular season, but that run stops here.  UAB is one of the best teams in NIT and will easily outmatch the Heels. The Tar Heels are 2-10 ATS in their last 12 games as an underdog and the Blazers are 8-3 ATS in their last 11 non-conference games. The Blazers dominate inside and out and win this game by double digits

3/22: Marshall -9.5 1 unit

It seems like a lot of points in this spot but the Thundering Herd has the big advantage in this game.  Appalachian St has struggled on the road and against teams that play just like Marshall does. They have a high scoring offense led by Damier Pitts and put up points quickly.  They have an edge on the boards as well against a small App St team and this will lead to a double digit blowout. The Thundering Herd is 6-2 ATS in their last 8 non-conference games and they take a lead early and never look back.  

3/21: Michigan St -1 over Maryland 4units
The tournament is always tricky to pick but one thing to remember is
that coaching is important.  Coaching can make all the difference in a
close game as it did in the first game when Michigan St had to win a
close game down the stretch. The big concern for Maryland will be
keeping the physical Spartans off the board. Michigan State is
averaging a plus-9.4 rebounding margin on the season. Maryland is at
plus-1.4. This edge and coaching will allow Michigan St to win this
game and advance.

Purdue +1.5 Over Texas A&M 4 units
This Purdue team is inspired by the fact that everyone had them
written off in the first round.  They lost their best player in Robbie
Hummel and everyone wrote them off.  Purdue thrives in the role of
underdog.  The Boilermakers are 14-6-1 ATS in their last 21 games as
an underdog and 7-3 ATS in their last 10 neutral site games as an
underdog. This Purdue team is playing as a unit and spreading around
the scoring as four players scored in double digits in the win over
Sienna. They keep that motivation and win and advance today.

3/19:  Min -1 over Xavier 4 units
Listen to the odds makers. They have a lower seed favored over a
higher seed for a reason and that is because the Golden Gophers are
the better team. The Golden Gophers are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games
overall and only lost to Ohio St because of fatigue. Now well rested
they wil take Xavier out of the first round.


Florida St -1.5 Over Gonzaga 3 units
Gonzaga lost in their conference tournament and things went bad from
there. They got a lower seed than they wanted and now had to travel to
play the first round game. This will come back to hurt them. The
Bulldogs are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 NCAA Tournament games and a loss
here will knock them out Florida St wins.

3/17: Illinois -7 3 units

Illinois is one team that will be excited to play in this tournament. They knew they were not going to the Big Dance and they played great down the stretch. They get a big win as they advance in the tournament. The Fighting Illini is 7-1 ATS in their last 8 road games and they get a big win and cover this number with a double digit victory.  

3/13: Kentucky 2 units

The SEC tournament is turning out to be a good one and the game between the Wildcats and the Volunteers is shaping up to be a classic. The Vols beat the Wildcats already and will not be intimidated, but it’s the Wildcats that will be looking for revenge. The Wildcats have been a great cover team in a neutral site and John Wall will make sure that Kentucky does not get upset in the tournament.  

3/6: Louisville -1 3 units

This is the biggest hype game of the season for Louisville. It is the last game at Freedom Hall and for a team on the bubble a win here would get them into the big dance. The Favorite is 4-1-1 ATS in the last 6 meetings and the Orange are 0-3-1 ATS in the last 4 meetings in Louisville. Louisville has beaten the Cuse before and is confident they will do it again.  

3/4: Washington U -5.5 1 unit

Washington is on the bubble and they need a road win to prove they are worthy of a shot at the big dance. The Ducks are 2-7 ATS in their last 9 home games and the favorite is 6-1 ATS in the last 7 meetings. Take the Huskies! 

3/2: Marquette -3.5 2 units

Louisville is off a very big upset win and will need to turn their game up a notch when they travel to Marquette. The Golden Eagles are 9-1-1 ATS in their last 11 games vs. a team with a winning S.U. record and 7-1 ATS in their last 8 games vs. a team with a winning % above .600. I know they have played plenty of OT games lately but they will be up to the challenge! Play the Golden Eagles! 

2/28: Purdue -3.5 1 unit

Purdue will be without their best player today but that won’t slow them down. This is the game that they have been waiting for and being without Hummel will inspire them. The Spartans are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games as an underdog and the Boilermakers are 20-8-1 ATS in their last 29 home games vs. a team with a road winning % of greater than .600. Take Purdue to cover the number. 

2/27: Georgetown -11 3 units

Notre Dame kept their chances alive when they stunned Pittsburgh taking it to them at home, but a win against Georgetown on the road will prove to be much more difficult. The Irish are just 1-6 on the road and struggle on the road in the Big East. Georgetown still feels like it has something to prove after some tough losses in the Big east namely to Syracuse. The Fighting Irish are 16-34-1 ATS in their last 51 games following a ATS win and the home team and the favorite are 4-1 in the last 5 meetings. The Hoyas win and cover and Notre Dame falls off the bubble. 

2/24: Virginia Tech -1 2 units

I don’t like to back the road teams in the ACCC but Boston College is off a huge win against North Carolina and the Hokies need this win to stay in the top of the ACC. The Eagles are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 games following a S.U. win and the Hokies are 3-1-1 ATS in their last 5 road games vs. a team with a winning home record. Take the road team to win and get the cover. 

2/23: Louisville -3.5 3 units
In the Big East on any given night a team will play a highly ranked team. Georgetown battles Louisville in the big game in the big east tonight.  The Hoyas are in bad shape after the loss to Cuse when they had a chance to win it and it could affect them for the rest of the season. The Cardinals are 45-21-2 ATS in their last 68 vs. Big East and they are favored to win although they are out ranked in the polls. Take the Cardinals.

2/16: South Florida -2.5 2 units

South Florida has some big wins this year in Big East play but they need to finish strong making sure they go to the big dance. The Bearcats are off a big win against the Huskies and will be hard pressed to win here since they are 3-13 ATS in their last 16 vs. Big East. The Bearcats are 0-6 ATS in the last 6 meetings and the Bulls are 7-1 ATS in their last 8 vs. Big East. The Bulls pull away late to get the win and the cover against the Bearcats. 

2/15: Villanova -9 2 units

Times are tough for Uconn. The Huskies are on a downward slide and join North Carolina has basketball powerhouses that have seen better days. They have yet to win on the road and Nova has yet to lose at home. The Huskies are 1-5 ATS in their last 6 games overall and the Wildcats are 8-3 ATS in their last 11 games as a home favorite. The Home team is 8-2 ATS in the last 10 meetings and Nova runs away with this game tonight. 

2/13: Maryland +9.5 3 units

This game will basically decide the ACC so look for each team to give it their all and Duke is just not 9.5 points better than Maryland. The Terrapins are 16-5 ATS in their last 21 vs. Atlantic Coast and 8-1 ATS in their last 9 games overall. The Road team is 4-1-1 ATS in the last 6 meetings and look for Maryland to get close to winning outright as Duke will be in let down mode after beating the Tar Heels.  

2/9: Vanderbilt -3 4 units

This line says it all as Vanderbilt is ranked lower than Tennessee but are still favorites. They are an awesome 11-0 at home and will handle a young Volunteer team. The Commodores are 7-3 ATS in their last 10 games vs. a team with a winning record and the Volunteers are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 vs. Southeastern. Take the home team to win and cover the small number.  

2/8: West Virginia -4.5 3 units

Villanova is fresh off a loss to Georgetown and will face another tough Big East team in West Virginia tonight. The Mountaineers are good at defending the guard play and that will combat the strength of Nova. The Wildcats are 1-4 ATS in the last 5 meetings in West Virginia and the Mountaineers are 18-7 ATS in their last 25 games as a home favorite of 0.5-6.5. Take West Virginia to take down the Cats at home in easy fashion.

2/4: Duke -12 4 units

Don’t let this big number with Duke scare you. They play very well at home and off a loss and they match up with the Yellow Jackets better than any other team in the ACC. The Yellow Jackets are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 games after scoring more than 90 points in their previous game and this indicates a bad game tonight. Duke is 12-0 at home and the favorite is 15-5 ATS in the last 20 meetings. Take Duke to crush Georgia Tech. 

2/2: Miami Florida +7.5 3 units

Wake Forest is a good team and they are having a good season but Miami actually has two more wins, they just have not gotten the same attention. The Demon Deacons are 8-17-1 ATS in their last 26 games as a home favorite of 7.0-12.5 and the Underdog is 3-1-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings. Take the underdog in this contest.

2/1: Oklahoma St +2 4 units

It looks like the rest of the college basketball has figured out how to beat Texas. After reaching the top spot in the polls they have taken several close losses and tonight head to Oklahoma St. The Longhorns are 3-12-1 ATS in their last 16 road games vs. a team with a winning home record and 5-20-1 ATS in their last 26 vs. Big 12. The Cowboys have yet to lose a game at home and are 12-3-1 ATS in their last 16 home games vs. a team with a winning road record. Take the Cowboys tonight.  

1/28: Purdue -8 2 units

Purdue went through a very tough stretch after being ranked very high in the polls. One of those losses was to Wisconsin and now they have a chance at revenge. The Badgers are 1-6 ATS in the last 7 meetings in Purdue and they get beat badly in a revenge blowout game for Purdue.  

1/27: Tennessee -5.5 4 units Loss

Nothing inspires a team like an embarrassing loss and coming home to play. The Vols were punished on the road against Georgia and sent home with their tail between their legs. This will get them prepared to take on Vanderbilt and the shots will fall easier at home. The home team is 5-1 ATS in the last 6 meetings and the Commodores are 0-4 ATS in the last 4 meetings in Tennessee. Take the Vols to rebound and get a big win.

This line says it all as the Yellowjackets find themselves ranked 18th hosting Clemson who is ranked 16th in most places. That normally calls for the home team to be a dog, but not here. The lines makers now that GT is 8-1 at home and up for the challenge. The Tigers are 1-4 ATS in the last five road games and the Jackets are 4-1 ATS in the last five at home. Take the home team in the big ACC Clash. 

1/18: Kansas St. -1.5 3 unit Won

It is not often that you will see the #1 ranked team in the country as an underdog but they are in the second half of Big Monday. Kansas St has been a very good basketball team and notched 15 wins this year. The Longhorns are 2-8-1 ATS in their last 11 road games and Wildcats are 7-1-1 ATS in their last 9 games overall. Take this Kansas St team to beat #1 in the country! 

1/16: Florida -10.5 4 unit Win

Florida had a shot at Kentucky and was tied with minutes left when Kentucky turned it up and went on a run. Florida took the beating but will respond well knowing that they played with a top team. LSU has yet to win on the road and will run into a feisty Gator club. The Tigers are 2-7 ATS in their last 9 games overall and 0-6 ATS in their last 6 games following an ATS win. Take the Gators to win big.

1/15: Illinois Chicago -2 3 units loss

This line screams stinky. After all Illinois Chicago is just 5-11 and the opposition is 11-5 yet they are 2 point chalk? How can that happen? It’s because the line-makers know what they are doing. The Flames are 14-6 ATS in their last 20 games overall and 8-3 ATS in their last 11 vs. Horizon League. Take the Flames to get the win. 

1/12: Ohio St +8.5 2 unit Win

Purdue is off an embarrassing defeat to the Badgers and will look for some home cooking when the take on the Buckeyes. This Ohio St team is no slouch and they play well against Purdue. The Buckeyes are 13-4-1 ATS in the last 18 meetings and 7-2 ATS in the last 9 meetings in Purdue. Ohio St will fall behind early but will have plenty of room left to get the cover in the end. Take the points and the Buckeyes.

The Big East is one of the toughest conferences to play in and Louisville is favored at home on Monday night. This plays into a sweet spot as they are not ranked and still favored although Nova is number 6 in the country.
