We started Week 2 of the preseason with a nice 5* winner on the Browns +3. They crushed Green Bay 35-10 on the road. Cleveland treated that game as its regular-season dress rehearsal because it opens up the regular season against its Week 3 preseason opponent (Philadelphia).

The Eagles are in the same boat as Cleveland. They don't want to show anything next week against a team they will be playing a meaningful game against on Sept. 9. This game will be Philly's regular-season tune up where the starters should see significant playing time. New England, meanwhile, has no incentive to play their starters as much. Because it is so reliant on its offense, it can't afford any injuries on that side of the football.
