We saw Robert Griffin III show well in his debut for Washington, and I'm expecting Andrew Luck to prove he was worth the No. 1 overall pick this afternoon. Luck is expected to get 20-25 plays. That's enough time for him to get in a rhythm and put some points on the board. It's important that the Colts show well in the preseason to get the fans excited again after such a dismal 2011.

The Rams were just as bad as the Colts last year, finishing 2-14, but they are in a little bit different position. They know what Sam Bradford and Steven Jackson can do. Given Bradford's injury problems in recent years, and the talk of his ankle still not at 100 percent, I don't see him getting very many snaps. Jackson isn't expected to play much at all. Coach Jeff Fisher said his starters could get as little as 2 series'.

When Peyton Manning was in town, Indy put very little emphasis on the preseason. I believe that changes this year as Chuck Pagano looks to set a winning tone right out of the gate. Bet Indy.
