Phillies over Giants- The Phillies opened the second half with four straight win but have now dropped their last two contests but will look to stop this mini slide with All-Star Cole Hammels (11-4, 3.07 ERA) against the Giants who have won six of seven since the break. Matt Cain starts for San Francisco but although he's been 'perfect' once this season he has had had his problems against the Phillies winning just once in five career decisions. Hammels is 5-3 lifetime against the Giants with three complete games. Philadelphia is a league worst 17-28 at home but will turn the tide here. Take the PHILLIES!
