Homer Bailey has never been consistent enough to be considered a good pitcher in the majors. Bailey has an ERA of nearly 7 in April during his career. Edwin Jackson has been hit hard early in the season as well. Both bullpens were used a lot the last couple days, and that could get us an extra run or two in this game.
