76ers (+) over Thunder- If you take Oklahoma City's road record 12-6 (best conference road record) and 10-8 ATS and put it against Philadelphia's home record 13-6 and 12-7 ATS this game should grade out as a virtual pick-em. With that being said and the 76ers have the home court I believe that have the advantage against the West's strongest club that is playing their first game since the All-Star break.
