I was going to make this a premium but have better games on Saturday but this is worth a 1 unit stretch play on Friday. Intra-State rivalries are always a delight to play when there is a big spread. Iowa State is the better team and better overall depth team here, but Iowa’s backcourt has a good player in Matt Gatens who is a 6”5” guard with speed, and they are better on defensive glass than ISU. Yes, ISU at home but plenty of Hawkeye backers in the crowd tonight as well. The dog has covered 7 out of the last 10 and Iowa playing with double revenge here. Common opponent is a good Northern Iowa team and both these teams lost to them, albeit Iowa got hammered by 20 and ISU lost by 7. That said, Iowa off that bad loss, this is too many points for a heated rivalry.
