The Rams have burned me a couple times on the 'over' this year, and I think this is actually a good spot to play the under. Virginia Tech plays strong defense, and they will do their best to slow this game down. Don't expect Rhode Island to get many open looks in this game. On the other hand, Virginia Tech really doesn't have many big scorers. I like this one to stay under the total.
