*3 Star NCAA BB Play in POWER Play* The Middle Tennessee State Blue Raiders and St. Mary's Gaels were two of the last teams in the NCAA Tournament, so they were sent to Dayton for the Play in games. Middle Tennessee State is 28-5 and they dominated the Sun Belt Conference this year. St. Mary's is 27-6 and they finished 2nd to Gonzaga in the WCC. Notably lacking this year is a good win for St. Mary's anywhere other than on their home floor. They had bad losses on a neutral court to Georgia Tech and Pacific. The Gaels aren't as good defensively as MTSU. The Blue Raiders are great defensively and they have tremendous depth. MTSU was probably the most controversial team selected by the committee in most peoples eyes, but I think they'll step up and show they are worthy of a bid here. Grab the points.
