The Denver Pioneers have one of the most efficient offenses in college basketball. Denver routinely plays ten guys, and all of them can score.

The Pioneers have five guys who shoot at least 37% for the year from beyond the arc. In addition, Denver almost never turns the ball over, so they are great at taking advantage of their scoring opportunities.

Utah State would normally be a great match for Denver, but they are very short-handed right now. Utah State is without three of its top four scorers.

The Aggies have a terrific coach in Coach Morrill and a great system, but I just don't think they are up for playing with a very talented Denver team in this one. Utah State was beaten at home by both Louisiana Tech and Texas Arlington recently.

Denver is much better than Utah State on the offensive end, and they are just as good on the defensive end.

Utah State struggles with turnovers since they have lost two primary ball handlers to injuries. Denver should be able to be play their style of game here and grind out a nice win on the road.
