Penn St is without question the worst team in the Big Ten Conference and I don't see them keeping it close against a Nebraska team they lost to at home. The Cornhuskers aren't great and don't get a lot of opportunities to be the bully. They will come into this game hungry for a win after back-to-back losses. The Cornhuskers found themselves in a similar situation not too long ago, when they crushed Northwestern 64-49 at home as a 1-point dog. BET THE CORNHUSKERS!
