5* NFL Divisional Playoffs Game of the Year on 49ers +4
The Saints have rattled off 9 consecutive wins SU and ATS, but only 3 of those wins came away from home where they have been vulnerable all year.

The Saints have never won a playoff game on the road (0-4 all-time) and 2 of those losses, to the Bears and Seahawks, have come with Drew Brees under center.

New Orleans managed a 5-3 record away from the Superdome this season, but nothing came easy. The Saints had to rally to beat Carolina 30-27 on Oct. 9, then lost 26-20 at Tampa Bay. They also lost 31-21 in St. Louis to the then-winless Rams.

The Saints needed overtime to win 26-23 in Atlanta and needed a red-zone stand to secure a 22-17 win at Tennessee.

Their only easy road wins came against Jacksonville and Minnesota - 2 of the worst teams in the league this season.

Rest assured, nothing will come easy against a San Francisco team that gave up 10.9 points per game while going 7-1 at home in 2011. The lone loss came by 3 points in overtime to the Dallas Cowboys.

Completely shutting down the Saints isn't likely, but the 49ers, who ranked fourth in the NFL allowing 308.2 total yards, have the horses to give Brees and company problems. Led by Frank Gore, the 49ers also have the running attack to keep the New Orleans offense off the field. The Saints have given up 165.5 yards on the ground all-time away from home in the postseason.

The 49ers have never lost against the spread at home under coach Harbaugh, posting a 7-0-1 ATS record with an average winning margin on 16.7 points. Take the points.
