We are taking TENNESSEE STATE here. Don't be fooled by the name Morehead State people. This is NOT last year's team. They lost their best player, Faried, who was a best inside. A flat-out rebounding machine. Even when Morehead had him, Tennessee State was 10-4 ATS last 14 in the series. Tigers 5-2 ATS last 7 here at home vs Morehead. Morehead just 2-7 ATS last 9 on the road. Better yet for us, this is their 3rd straight road game. They didn't look that impressive shooting 8-22 from 3 in their last game getting to the FT line just 7 times. I think Tennesse State is much better here. Yes, they are on a 3 game slide. But those 3 were on the road. They were done to Eastern Kentucky 41-17 at the half before rallying and losing by 5. The next game vs Tenn Tech (who was favored by 7 over Morehead last game)they battled to a 6pt loss in a 92-86 shoot-out. In the final road game, they were hammered again in the first half (tired legs perhaps) 39-22, before outscoring Jacksonville State by 10 in the second half losing again by 7. It may look like an ugly play, but sometimes we have to scrub off the dirt to find the gold underneath. Great spot here for the home team in my eyes. 10* TENNESSEE TECH TIGERS
