This is a very difficult spot for NC State, as they just played Sunday against Clemson. Now they must go on the road and face a Wake Forest team that will be extremely motivated to pull off the upset. The Demon Deacons lost 40-76 at home to NC State last year. NC State knows they are a better team and that could cause them to come out flat with just 48 hours of rest. Not to mention it's going to be extremely hard for NC State to not look ahead to their huge in-state showdown against North Carolina on Saturday.
