I really like the Raptors to go into Washington and win this game outright. The Wizards are a miserable 0-8 on the season, and are simply not going to win many games with the effort they put out. I don't know if there is a team in the league that should be an underdog to this team right now.

The Wizards are shooting just 39.7% on the season. The Wizards don't like to play defense and that gives them little chance of winning this game.
