Cal Poly has dropped 3 of the last after allowing 60 or less and have lost both times as a small home favorite of 3 or less. In the series they have lost the last 4 to Long Beach. Maybe the Long Beach 5-7 record doesn't impress you. It will when you learn that they have an RPI Ranking of 116 and an amazing strength of schedule that is 15th in the nation. Cal Poly in contrast has a 198 RPI and 155th toughest schedule, they have also lost both games vs Schools ranked 100 to 200 in the RPI Rankings. Long Beach is a live dog in this one, they may even be favored by game time. Either way we will back them tonight.
