The Hokies have actually played pretty well this season, but they looked terrible in their last outing. This is the same Virginia Tech team that stomped a pretty good Iowa team in only lost by a point at West Virginia. Bradley is an improved team, but they are still one of the worst in the Missouri Valley Conference. You won't see an ACC team favored by such a small amount against a team from the bottom of the MVC very often. I think the value here is too much to pass up. Take Virginia Tech.
