Toledo is much better than they are getting credit for with this line. There's no reason they should be a double-digit dog to Utah State. The Rockets nearly upset Arizona in the season-opener (lost in overtime)and knocked off a ranked Cincinnati squad. I expect them to give the Aggies all the can handle, as I wouldn't be surprised if they won this game outright. Toledo is a perfect 5-0 ATS this season when they are listed as the underdog.
