I really like the Nuggets to cash in against an average Detroit team that simply won't be able to match Denver's up-tempo style of play. The Pistons will not only be playing the second game of a back-to-back set,this will be their 4th game in the last 5 days. Denver on the other hand will be playing just their 2nd game in 4 days.

Defensively the Pistons come in allowing 97.1 ppg and are only forcing 13 turnovers/game on the season. Playing on such little rest it's going to be extremely hard for Detroit to keep a Denver offense that is averaging just over 100.0 ppg in check. Their lack of pressure defensively is also a key reason why I'm all over the Nuggets in this one. Denver is 18-8 ATS in road games vs poor pressure defenses (force 14 or less turnovers/game) over the last two seasons! BET THE NUGGETS!
