Cavaliers + over Tar Heels- Virginia was part of my winning Early-Bird package last Saturday and are looking to become bowl eligible after their win over Miami. The Tar Heels were pasted by Georgia Tech last week as they realize there will be no bowl game for them as sanctions are in place along with USC, Penn State and Ohio State. North Carolina is 0-4 ATS on the road this year and just 1-5 ATS in their last six meetings and yet the Cavaliers are 1-8-1 TA this season and 0-6-1 in their last seven home games.
