Taking BALL STATE here. Will gladly grab any points here. We know Ball State will be pumped playing a ranked team on ESPN2 tonight. We also know that we are rolling out a triple revenge play here. Even with those 3 SU losses, Ball State is 5-2 ATS last 7 in the series. The road team has also covered 4 straight in this series. Both of these teams are pretty evenly matched statistically. Ball State is 12-3 ATS their last 15 games. One thing working a little against us is that this is the Cardinals 3rd straight road game. But we are getting a bit of extra time which will offset that as they last played on Oct. 27. Ball State won both of those road affairs outright. Toledo does have a 'bigger' game up next with division leader Northern Illinois and they might be thinking we beat these guys 3 straight, we can do it again. Perhaps they are all warm and fuzzy inside that they have a # in front of their names in the papers. I just know this.
