After watching Minnesota self destruct against Tampa’s defense at home in a blowout loss, it was apparent to me that the Vikes soft schedule outside of San Fran caught up with them. Seattle off an ass kicking on the road and have dropped 2 straight on the road so they will be focused at home for this one, and at home the Hawks are a totally different animal, and now the Pacific Northwest elements come into play here for a dome team. Minnys offense will struggle against the Hawks defense here and while I HATE to lay 5 points in any NFL game, but the home field here worth 4 points minimum, and with blanket coverage from a stellar group of DB’s for Seattle against game breaker WR Harvin, I see plenty of horses up front stacking the line to stop the Minny running game. While Seattle’s offense is not all that good, remember neither was Tampa’s before they lit up Minnys defense for 36 last Thursday. QB Ponder has thrown 7 picks in his last 4 games, I see 2 more here against this defense. Weather looks to be wet too. Seattle ranks 5th against the rush. You know Seattle, take at home and fade on the road, and I am sticking to that.
