In the battle between Big Ten ineligibles (both can't play in Big Ten Championship Game or Bowl Game), my money is on the Buckeyes. Ohio State comes into this game with a perfect 8-0, while the Nittany Lions are 5-2 riding five straight wins.

Aside from the fact that I believe Ohio State is the better team, there are two key factors that I believe strongly favors the Buckeyes in this one.

First, Penn State's recent string of success has come against a relative weak schedule. There five wins have come against the likes of Navy, Temple, Illinois, Northwestern and Iowa. Ohio State on the other hand has wins over Cal, UCF, Michigan St, Nebraska and Purdue. Had these two teams played after Penn State lost back-to-back games against Ohio and Virginia this spread would have likely had Ohio State favored by 7-10 points.

The other thing that I really like about Ohio State is they will be playing with revenge on their mind in this game. Penn State went into Columbus and upset the Buckeyes 20-14 as a 6-point underdog last year. This is definitely a game where Ohio State will come in prepared and extremely focused. BET THE BUCKEYES!
